Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission. The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be. Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented & experienced team. - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work.

I got to know about Unica Group at a time when I was trying to change my career path, and get back after a break. Unica Group provided training based on the requirements in the area. Their training helped secure a job for me. The training was part theory and part hands on experience with real projects. This would definitely benefit students, and those who are starting their career as it will give them real time experience.

Have not worked that long. There is none as of now.
