      Pros

      - Had a great 401k plan (I think now reduced) -PTO days - volunteer days/annual meeting - The people

      Cons

      - Busy work/more work pushed to properties over the years - Inefficient processes that slow down workers -Promise quite a bit of people the chance to move up quickly without fulfilling

      Some managers are better than others.

      Pros

      Loved working with the people here. They really value their employees. I also enjoyed lots of growth opportunities while there.

      Cons

      Work often resulted in late nights. Office market downturn resulted in layoffs for many.
