Pros

5 Days working but that again depends whom you’re reporting to

Cons

- There will not be any learning if you join here. - Manager challenges in front of everyone that this person won’t be staying any longer because senior management listens to her and you can be asked to leave anytime - Longer the duration of any manager , heavier the confidence that one has the authority to terminate anyone within the team by showing fake reports. - also be rest assured that you will eventually be a part of this team politics , and they will be after your life and then will force you to work on saturdays and sundays too. - Team culture is so bad that don’t even think of joining as a recruiter as you will never be appreciated for your work and it’s worst than any consultancy. - Lastly after so much of toxicity within the team one will resign by himself/herself. - Everything is manual here , do not expect anything in too much .

Pros

1. Strong learning exposure in e-commerce & supply chain Freshers get exposure to order management, warehouse operations, inventory systems, and integrations with marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. The platform itself handles inventory, orders, and fulfillment for many brands, so it’s a good learning ground for the e-commerce ecosystem. 2. Hands-on experience early in career Many roles involve real client interactions, operations troubleshooting, or product workflows, so freshers often learn practical problem-solving quickly rather than just theoretical work. Reviews also mention a steep learning curve with real operational exposure. 3. Collaborative work environment Employee reviews commonly highlight supportive teams and a collaborative culture, which helps freshers learn faster and adapt to the industry.

Cons

1. Fast-paced work environment Because it supports many e-commerce clients and warehouses, work can be fast with tight timelines and pressure during peak seasons or client issues. 2. Process-driven environment Operations are quite SOP-based, so sometimes approvals or strict processes can slow things down or feel rigid for new employees. 3. Workload fluctuations Support and operations teams may experience heavy workloads during major sales or system issues because many clients depend on the platform.
