Pros

flight benifits with Delta and United airlines (including international travel) Work with various aircraft and flight crews If you are a hard worker and strive to learn you will quickly work your way towards becoming a lead and eventually supervisor

Cons

On the job training can be inconsistent Computer based training will take weeks to complete if your new, and days for current employees (Unifi serves 2 airlines in Redmond and they each have their own computer training on top of Unifi's training) If you are there long enough and work hard you will be treated like a lead but Unifi does not have an official lead position or pay increases Pay did not increse for the duration of my employment Staffing was almost always a skelton crew and managment did not have solutions to the issue.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
