Pros

3 Shifts to choose from and part time is available. Work life balance.

Cons

Not a Teamwork culture. They harass you about using the restroom. When you renew your badge. You have to take tests and pass to get it but they tell you to do it at home. Even though they're supposed to compensate you after 40hrs. They are not. They dehumanize people a lot. It's not a stress-free environment. No down time. Buses are constantly breaking down and partially repaired but they will still have you drive them. There is no support for drivers, Lack of proper facilities such as a kitchen for lunch breaks etc .... Flight benefits are subpar. Extremely Limited to where you can go, inconsistant. You're on standby and get bumped off a lot because you're low seniority but still have to pay taxI'm pretty sure I can think of more but that's the

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
