Pros
Unify is currently developing a cloud-based social networking platform for business use. So good exposure to leading edge technologies. People are generally very well-qualified, and easy to work with.
Cons
Much of the development work has been moved to low-cost jurisdictions. The globally-distributed development teams can sometimes have trouble coordinating efforts, for example due to time zone differences, different development support technologies in use at different locations, language barriers.
