Pros

Worked for 3 years - Rarely they negotiate for salary. If you're capable and clear the interviews your asking price will be met. - Fair rotation policy among senior/junior engineers. - Family like atmosphere among 20-30 people. - Working in night shifts was fun. - Great learning in VOIP technologies, supporting senior folks

Cons

- Since it is a small company, if at all politics happens, it is visible strongly (It happens in big enterprises too but sometimes it won't be highlighted) - They get upset if you leave even after serving long tenure, the senior management has a feeling one should stick with U2 till retirement (they give a cold farewell). - They have a few favourites, just like all firms, rising to the top is not easy.

Pros

Unify Square was one of the best places I have worked in my career so far. The culture is unbeatable - I felt included as part of the team from day one, everyone seemed to genuinely care about their coworkers, work life balance was on point, the benefits were outstanding, and the product brings real value to customers. Because the company is small there can be blurred lines around job responsibilities. If you like to take a proactive approach and get your hands dirty, this is a great place to do just that - employees are allowed to take real ownership over their projects and can easily get involved in cross-departmental projects to gain new experience and skills. This also makes it a great place to get experience if you're looking to break into the tech industry.

Cons

Career growth within the company can be difficult due to its smaller size. The company may not be the right fit for those who like well-established processes.
