I’m not sure I’ve never seen anything quite like this company in my 25 years of driving but I’ve heard of companies like this all I can say is approach with caution

I experienced and observed delivery of loads over safety this company is not a safe or comfortable place to work

Thanks to advice from a senior member who was decisive in employing me, i got a reletively good salary. The company is very successfull and working in a promising field (tourism in Croatia), so they are unlikely to go out of business for forseeable future. Main office right in town center of Pula, which is nice. Please don't get this as sexist: at least 90% of employees are women, many pretty, so if you like that, it'll make your day that much nicer. Overtime happens, but is compensated accordingly - probably not in money though, but at least in days off it is.

Extreme working-time punctuality: If you're late at work for even half a minute, you'll be noted as missing for half an hour. Extreme micro-mananging without sensible reasons: - who sits where is decided from top management, without any possibilty to influence it, even when it affects health (positioning with respect to air conditioning), and even when it negatively affects productivity (who mostly works with whom) - dress code is strict, with even the dates when you can start wearing short sleeves (in a hot mediteranian city!) strictly decided by management. Using their employees' diligence - there are people in extremely vital positions who after 8 years still have to prolong their contracts every few months.
