Pros
Union Bank employs a very large number of employees who have been with the company for 20+ years. Comraderie and teamwork is important in any workplace and I have found this employer to be unique in maintaining that.
Cons
Extremely conservative bank, and some not so great managers who manage to squeeze by the minimums year after year.
