If your a good worker you get stuck doing most of the work or all of it while lazy guys stand there and get to keep a job, the hall just takes and takes and takes, it’s suppose to be a brother hood but everyone looks out for themselves, they sell a ton of journeyman books so they can get votes for what they want then expect good Guys to work with those guys that most of the time stand around, seems like you can never get a good contract
