Company takes a lot of short cuts. Asks employees to ignore OSHA and FRA rules to keep trains running. Very unsafe work environment. Head management very shady and constantly lying to state regulators, FRA, and other enforcement agencies. It is just a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.
