      Pros

      Good benefits and retirement package. One of a few companies left with a pension program. Excellent opportunities for advancement. Good performance is rewarded with stock packages and bonuses which can be large.

      Cons

      An operations manager works at least 12 hours per day and sometimes more. Can be relocated on short notice, often not in ideal locations.
