If you’re an engineering graduate you have to stay away from here. As an EA you will be ran to the ground and not compensated like you’d believe, you have to consider your work/life balance and it’s just not worth it. This company is so too heavy and is fully of people in their positions by either ‘The Buddy System’ or by default. The AVP of engineering is constantly knee jerking to any hiccup, and you will have to execute every time he gets his panties in a bunch. Aside from the benefits, this place is not going to utilize what you intend to use your degree for. You will be nothing more than a babysitter! I’m out! MSU, Go Green!
