Where do I begin. Let's start with the management, all staff are disposable to them. Whether you have worked one month or 10 years, so don't count on job security. The operations director is highly ineffective and micro manages the entire team. No opportunities for growth or development. All processes are still manual (in the 21st century). Be sure to work on your hand writing skills. HR is useless, sitting in the palms of management- the great puppeteers. Zero diversity, all Africans and people of colour work in the factory, with no diversity in senior management.
