Pros
My managers were very good and I enjoyed working with them. Pay was competitive and company was very remote friendly.
Cons
My good managers were also severely overworked and working extra unpaid time was the norm. Senior talent was leaving and being replaced by trainees. Projects were not interesting at all and were very understaffed. Overall, since everyone was so overworked, it was impossible to have good work standards and to have a clean backlog - everybody was just putting out fires all the time.
