- Laid back atmosphere with radio on
- Friendly colleagues
Cons
- Management
- Constantly stared at and talked about to make sure you’re doing something
- Constant meetings between management and you can hear them talking about you in the meeting room since they’re so loud
- Too much expected of the very little staff that are available
- Staff turnover. 8 people left in 8 months (says alot)
- ALWAYS expected to do overtime, as if you’re not allowed to have a life outside of work

I enjoy working here. I feel that my opinions are valued and can help better the company. It is flexible for me, if I need to attend a school assembly I am able to do so. The days go over really fast, which is a huge positive. There is a currently a nice team of people and the environment is a good productive one. We are left to get on with our own work and manage it well ourselves. This is good as an organised person I can manage the daily tasks well.
Cons
I do not have any cons. Any problems I might have in the future I would tell my line manager and hopefully it would be resolved.
