      Pros

      Relatively easy work. A lot of downtime when on the job. Good people depending on who you work with. Pay is decent considering most of the time work is not being done. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Management is very pushy when trying to get you to work at a certain location. They will also try to force you to work every holiday.
