The people in charge offer some fantastic advice across both electrical, mechanical, business and system engineering perspectives. The hours were fair and accommodating of school. My coworkers were fun, personable but incredibly hard working and quite inspiring.

The job seems to cycle through employees somewhat quickly and felt worrisome. the quality of work was good but I didn't feel like I had job security.
Very fun, fast paced work environment with lots of interesting projects to work on. Abundant opportunities to learn and grow.

This being a smaller company, the benefits aren't great. However, this is something you should understand and accept as a trade off for the experience you're getting.
