There are no cons at all.

Absolutely no pros to share. That is how bad the company is run. The CEOs idea of a pro is refilling the snacks to buying pizza for the employees.

That is how bad the company is managed. Everyday felt like you were at a zoo and you were trying to tame animals. No management oversight whatsoever. No structure at all. They have no clue on how to perfect their UniqueEV system. The amount of time and money spent, the system should have been flawless, instead it is a flawed system and they try to pull a quick on on potential clients. The school buses they repower failed all the time. The mechanics were friendly but had a lot of negative feed back on the company. I’ve never worked with a company that gave only 5 days off in the year, a three week in advance notice for vacation, no 401k plan, super high deductible medical plan. Great job
