Pros

Company had the looks of some positive capabilities going for it in the beginning. Free use of car within reason. Uncapped commission as long as you made 3 plus sales. The end

Cons

All the pros removed and area managers firing staff for own mistakes or company policy issues. Took away use of car and now business only use. Removed the commission structure so you no longer get monies to motivate you. Instead you get points you can redeem on things you dont need or want. People come to work for money not this garbage. And again...too many people fired because Uniquelys policies conflict with their current employer/contractor Sky. They sacrifice staff rather than update policies etc.

Good training. Good people initially. Mistakes made by management.

Cons

Failed to see the wood for the trees. Involved or privy to questionable renewal tactics by a company owned by CEO's with form accross the water.

Pros

Uniquely has a great hire from within policy, Jason was my manager when I worked here and he was always supportive and knew what each member of the team needed to succeed. The nature of the sales industry is ruthless but Uniquely give you every opportunity to succeed. A great place to begin a sales career as you learn the fundamentals of the sales game.

Cons

Sometimes the salary felt underwhelming for the work, but the experience you gain is worth a lot more than the salary.
