High turnover rate during and short amount of time

All employees are eager to work and help. Many are quite knowledgeable in their field. Good Benefits, OK salary, Good location in silicon valley, top class customers. Technician or operators where you need to press some buttons on testers and working on mechanical issues instead of electronics would find this a a place to get a paycheck short term. .

Factory environment not conductive of creativity. Processes are designed and leave no room for innovation. Not a place for a Computer Science or electrical engineer. If you are looking to gain knowledge in high tech this is not the place to be. The Sunnyvale branch is UNISEM Malaysia's branch in the USA and has is Working conditions in terms of safety are up to CAL OSHA standards. This branch is micro managed and top management is constantly interfering with every department's duties. I have been constantly verbally attacked and humiliated due to my answers although being accurate and solid. Not a place to contribute new ideas or processes. Asked to perform illegal duties including intimidating visa based employees with firing if management does not like their attitude. My team has been humiliated in front of peers, there is retaliation for reporting a hostile work environment, Environment full of fear and people are afraid to speak up due to indiscriminately firing.
