      None! There really aren't any pros for this work place! Not recommended! Any other work place is much rather than this one, trust me.

      Some of hte brighest people ever put together. Great "people" oriented culture.

      Cons

      Not enough resoures. If time and money are added the new creative solutions are really cool.
