Pros

United Flight Benefits, Overtime availability, Other airlines feeling bad for us and always willing to lend support, Supportive Corporate Trainers, Take the available Overtime and make money while you still can!

Cons

Favoritism BIG TIME, untrustworthy management, Everyone worried about losing their job, Competitive atmosphere, Unpredictable schedules, No staff, UGE needs to remove the blindfold and earplugs to the complaints about MKE's biased, unfair and discriminatory management. I can bear witness to countless incidents of harassment, threats, and outright lying/forgery from management.
