Pros
Theirs flight benefits but good luck ever having time to use them.
Cons
The schedules made are so haphazardly thrown together and slovenly, it’s as if they give you full time pay and benefits. But don’t worry! You’ll never be in danger of having gainful employment at UGE, unless you’ve worked here 5+ years and have absolutely no job prospects. It seems most people have caught on to how crappy the job is seeing as that several areas have embarrassingly low employee retention, and you will be fighting tooth and nail to keep up with the flights with not enough staff, despite RGOM requirements. Hope you don’t have a second job, because your going to be late constantly since your expected to work a flight no matter how far into the next shift it’s delayed. And don’t you dare clock out a minute early! You’ll get “points.” Their more passive aggressive yet no less overt form of threatening to fire you. And if you have concerns about the job good luck getting management to do anything other than call you into your break room and give a long rambling speech that amounts to telling you to suck it. And yet United wonders why their ranked the lowest for airline customer satisfaction. Wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy
