Pros
Not sure about raise but they use to be good.
Cons
Health insurance is a lot of money. And when the company used covid to layoff 8 people and told everyone that when business picks up they will call you back and 2weeks after layoff they post all our jobs on indeed. Can't say much good about them. Can't find out the real reason they did that except to lower payroll most of us have been there 20+ years and know the business.
