      United Rentals is a company that really cares for its employees. Great pay, great benefits, advancement opportunity’s are endless, specially if want to move around the country. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. When customers become unhappy, having good customer skills are needed at every employee level.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
