Pros
They do have a great benefits package. If you like a smaller company where there are fewer employees, this would work for you. You get your own office.
Cons
I got the feeling that there wasn't going to be much interaction with the other people in that office. It's a smaller employer, so that might not work for you if you're used to working at places like Target. Because of this, there wasn't going to be much in the way of climbing the ladder because there were so few jobs. Primarily though, my biggest gripe with this employer was that after a week of employment I was terminated. No reason given, but I had waited two weeks to start and was told that it was going to be a permanent position. During this recession to do that to a person, I wouldn't work for them for all the money in the world now.
