Pros

4 weeks of vacation plus holidays, good insurance, decent pension program, Knowing you're making a difference.

Pros

Some mature and caring staff & managers.

Cons

Immaturity & highly toxic behavior from various levels of management who are promoted before they're ready (favorites, clicks, gossip, unfair targeting). Poor training and accountability for people who are in charge of managing other people. Poor representation of job responsibilities upon hire.
