Pros

Most non-management staff are nice to work with, decent pay and benefits

Cons

Toxic culture, unprofessional/disrespectful management, blatant inappropriate conduct, highly stressful environment, no communication between departments, management has no knowledge of what other people's job functions are or how much time it takes to complete tasks. Non-supervisor/manager employees are not valued or respected.

Pros

Opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients across the world. Evolving culture designed to help employees reach their full potential. The site in Rochester is investing in site expansion and new production lines creating job security.

Cons

Evolving cultures take time to form and require folks willing require new folks to invest the effort as well.

Hello, Thank you for your positive review. Indeed, a sense of work is one of our company's strengths. Our employees know that the patients who use our product may include their loved ones. That's why they put their professionalism and passion to work ensuring the quality of our products. Our culture promotes trust, autonomy and responsibility. Through this, we attach great importance to our principle of autonomy, so that every employee can develop their full potential. Exactly, our Rochester plant is investing millions of dollars over the next few years to expand the production site. This investment is a source of challenge, dynamism and job creation. We know that maintaining our corporate culture in a context of strong growth is a constant challenge for all our managers and HR departments. We work hard every day to maintain this authentic and unique corporate culture. Regards, Human Resources Department
