If you are fortunate and really do your homework, you can find a place like this to work. I worked for a lot of other companies before I was hired here. This is a place where the things you do every day can have an impact and make a difference. The people here that make a difference understand the success of the company is dependent on their collective efforts.
Cons
When you are surrounded by people who care about what they do and do it because that is who they choose to be, you look forward to coming into work every day and before you know it, it is time to retire and you miss seeing them every day.
