Pros
This is a good solid company with a long history and great employees! They hired me at the current market wage for the function I perform for the company and they offer benefits that are better than most other companies I interviewed with during my search for a position.
Cons
It is interesting to see on this website and others when a current employee takes extra effort to make negative comments about a good company. Somewhere in this good company there is a critic who does not have the courage to move on to another company. Why doesn’t the critic go to another company, because it is easier to criticize than contribute and you can always identify a critic because they don’t contribute.
