Working at Unity has been a great experience. The team here in Copenhagen is supportive, and the flexibility in the work environment makes it easy to manage both work and personal life. The projects are exciting, and working with top-tier clients from different industries keeps things interesting. The software is world-class, which makes the job even more fulfilling. Plus, the office space is stunning.
Cons
While the office is nice, it can sometimes feel a bit empty, which takes away from the energy. Also, the lack of a company-provided mobile phone has been a bit of a surprise.
