No work life balance - Family Based Therapist Unity Family Services Employee Review

The company has lost so many employees. There is no work, life, balance. You are at the mercy of the families you work with and if they cancel and you cannot make up the billable time, you do not get your full paycheck. The PTO is a joke. The paperwork is overwhelming. Turn over rate is high. The expectations are very unrealistic if you want to have a life outside of work.
