Pros
To be able to work from home, whether for lifestyle or personal reasons such as disability. Basic rate of pay plus commission and accrued holiday pay. Full training and ongoing support, as much as is physically possible due to the way it works.
Cons
You really are essentially you’re own boss and motivator. Sometimes people think it’s easy to work from home, it’s not. It is 90% telesales and you can either do it or you can’t. As in all sales you need to perform to a minimum. It’s a job working from home and the only way up is to move up in your own house, but that’s the job.
