gives intermittently delayed salaries up-to 18 days, false commitments & promises regarding profit sharing,sponsoring of trips, ESOPs , increment of salary etc. More lead in work will ultimate lead to more headache in your shoulders without any compensation & unlimited greed of management. lack of trust regarding compensation,credit of work, incentive & responsibility along with very limited or no scope of innovation, here innovation is liability. Company will earn revenue by selling products but developer will never get any thing in return. any risk in the design taken by developer of a machine never gets financially compensated adequately even if there is improvement machine functioning. Company shows trust on people manipulating things both financially & technologically. if there slight delay in work, then abusive language is result. one senior male & 2 female were harassed. Human cost is not taken seriously.
