Cons
Leadership and company culture are poor. There is strong favoritism and office politics, especially at the executive level. Promotions and decisions are often based on personal connections instead of performance. Employees feel pressure to please leaders instead of being encouraged to speak up or share ideas. Those who think differently or question decisions may feel ignored or treated unfairly. The work environment can be stressful and discouraging. Employees are sometimes made to feel that their salary is a favor, not proper pay for their work, which lowers morale. I stayed with the company for three years, but over time the situation became hard to handle and no longer sustainable.
