Pros

schedule your own patients.. get a tiny stipend for patients enrolled into the program...that's about it

Cons

It's a sales job with low pay, no one to cover you if ill, paperwork is a wreck, no benefits, management is petty, job not guaranteed more than 6 months, must give 4 weeks notice or they'll keep your last paycheck, management tells different stories to each employee- lies a lot

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Educating patients about allergies and any needed treatment plan is a large part of the job. This is not “selling” and we don’t ask for or collect money from patients but educating patients, so they can make informed decisions. Patients are free to decline testing and/or treatment services even after ordered by their provider. There is no coverage for unplanned absences as most locations have only one technician. If a technician needs to be out, they work with the practice to reschedule any patients. The Universal Allergy employee is the only allergy technician at the clinic and they depend on them to be able to provide those services to their patients. All of this is openly disclosed and discussed before an employment offer is made. Our technicians and clinics work around this on a daily basis with little issue. As a small but growing company we were unable to offer our employees benefits and this was disclosed during the initial interview. We now are excited offer all employees a full benefit plan of dental, vision, life, and health insurance. All employment is at will, and employees can resign at any time for any reason. We do request a 4-week notice, but that is a request and not a rule. We request this due to the necessity to recruit and train new hires but most importantly to be able to provide continuing care to the patients at that office. We do not hold any portion of pay for employees that resign, all pay owed is paid in accordance with state and federal laws. We are sorry this position was not a good fit for you and we wish you the best in your future opportunities.

Pros

This is hands down the best job I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. The environment is peaceful, supportive, and drama-free. There is a real culture of trust here—no micromanaging, just encouragement and respect. The benefits are great, leadership is approachable and kind, and my coworkers are some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. I genuinely look forward to coming to work, which is something I never thought I’d say.

Cons

I don’t have any real complaints at this time.

Pros

I have been with the company a while. I have seen people come and go. We have people who are available 24/7 for any situation needed for anyone who has a problem. But, of course there will be bad reviews when just like in any company you have people who just do not want to do their job and are let go. People are given chance after chance (too many) and then get mad when let go. This company is a great place to work. We care about employees and our patients. We have great health insurance and work with everyone as much as we can on their hours. I have seen the owner of this company go above and beyond to help his employees. Yes employees, not one or two but several. We have a great management team and if you just do your job its awesome.

Cons

Must be organized! must be self starter. Must be able to read and following directions. These really arent cons but are a must
