I can honestly say that it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The positive aspects of working here far outweigh any challenges, making it a workplace I am genuinely enthusiastic about.

While my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, I believe there is always room for growth.

You learn a lot on your feet. Some co-workers become your trauma buddies (friends)

Very few know what they are doing. Company mainly staffed with Management and outsource everything else. Not a good reputation in the community for a myriad of reasons. No structure or foundation of how to really run a business. Not for the newer generation as they have dated practices of running a business and are not HIPAA compliant. No real backup, so if you take a day either sick or vacation your work will be there when you get back and multiplied.
