      Fun people to work with, big company and strength with FTL in Detroit

      Cons

      Cavalry management tried to take on too many aspects of logistics too fast without proper guidance or possibly bad leadership/ bad decisions. Domestic trucking company bought three international offices and ran them into the ground due to bad management completely unaware and unreceptive to how international broker works and operates differently than domestic trucking company. Established professional adults do not want to be treated or adhere to rules and guidelines geared to manage recent collage graduates.

      Pros

      Recruiting manager wants you to succeed just as much as you do. Great opportunity to make good money. Colleagues are all very nice. Very understanding of needing to take time off etc. Great training, can always ask for help if you need it.

      Cons

      Work days are a little long.

      Pros

      The job provided valuable experience in the logistics industry and helped develop skills in operations, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      The workplace environment felt more like high school than a professional organization, with favoritism and cliques creating a negative culture. Communication from management was very close to nonexistent, and leadership often came across as unprofessional and disconnected from employee concerns. Compensation was not competitive for the workload and expectations. The company appeared to lack consistent standards, values, and ethical business practices, which made it difficult to feel confident in the organization's direction and leadership. Management spoke to employees horribly
