Excellent company that is continuoslly expanding. Pay is competitive and Universal sets high standards to make sure well polished indviduals are elected for positions. The most influential and easy going company i have worked for. Each level of managment goes the extra mile to be involved with the employees doing the ground work. i spent nearly three years with universal and they always seem to create and maintain a comfortable work environment, and you never feel like your boss is hovering over your shoulders. This company works hand in hand with the car industry which is always in demand. Plenty of locations in luxury dealerships around the nation. This company opens up the door to success for many people, you would be surprised by the success stories. I'm grateful for the experience I gained with this team and the relationships I have built. Although I am no longer with Universal, I have a host of family, friends, and aquantances that still work the front lines. Recommended for all legal working ages, regardless of gender. If you are looking for a company that is not afraid to train and promote, seek no further.
Cons
Universal is a leader in hospitality and they seem to have the business downpacked. I really hope they continue to expand and somewhere in the near future develop contracts at locations that stay in business throughout the night which will generate more revenue and create more clientel and job oppurtunities.
