      Pros

      It is a great time to work for Universal Pure and grow with the company. There are many opportunities for advancement. But of course, you have to work for that advancement. Leadership invests in talent and improvement of company culture. Hourly employees just got a huge raise!!! Lots of OverTime!

      Cons

      Benefits are not the greatest, but they are a lot better than what they were a year ago.

      Nothing positive to say so keeping it short

      Cons

      LOW PAY! Company does not care for their employees You pay minimum wage and expect top dollar employees You preach safety at hire and then safety goes out the window. They dont care about us peons. Employees get hurt and they say your not hurt! Employee benefits are the WORST I have ever seen. Employees are spending every dollar they make for poor insurance.
