After 8 years of working for a large corporate entity, I was lucky to join the Universal Rx team. Being a part of an organization that is so supportive and encouraging to its employees has been a dream and I can't imagine a better work experience. This is a small company that is well-established and well-respected by its clients. Employees are engaged at every level with a sense of investment in the company's success. Having a strong work-life balance is not only encouraged, but a staple in the company culture. You truly feel valued and respected by the company and by every single employee - including the President of the company.

No cons to share - really!

I have nothing but high praise for this company! I started working for Universal Rx, specifically on the EPS side, right when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The company was extremely welcoming and took all actions required to make sure each employee felt comfortable with the current global pandemic. I was with the company for a little over 2.5 years and would highly recommend Universal Rx to anyone. The company has an extremely positive culture and recognizes the importance of work life balance. They like to use the term "Universal Rx Family" to describe the relationship of all the employees, and it truly feels like a family. It's honestly hard to put into words just how much the employees are cared for at this company. If you are looking for a new opportunity that will challenge you, help you grow, and feel supported throughout the journey there is no better place to be.
