USG hold annual employee performance reviews and rewards employees based on performance. USG Always takes great care of its employees, and they have created several new opportunities and positions as part of a drive to provide more steps on a path to advancement for all employees.
Cons
You will become addicted to your work. USG ignites a passion in you for the least glamorous of all industries - self storage. In response to another review of USG posted on this site, I would wager that employee did not exceed expectations, and thus, did not warrant a raise or promotion. Personally, I do not expect to receive a raise if my performance did not exceed expectations. You get paid what you are worth - if you just do your job, you will simply get paid for your job. If you went above the expectations of your job - then you will be rewarded for your extra effort in terms of raises, bonuses, and advancement. It's that simple. Your salary is your participation trophy. Everyone gets one. The raises, promotions, and bonuses go to those who go above and beyond to earn them.
