Pros

Free park admission, great discounts on merch and food. You get one comp ticket at first then one more a bit later. Somewhat growth if you want to be a lead at an attraction

Cons

Some of the "leads" think they're invincible and will look down on you. This was at FJ in Wizarding World

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
