      - free tickets - free entry - child guests are fun to interact with

      Cons

      - everyone you work with is miserable and hates their life - minimum wage to get yelled at by guests and supervisors, tehn get throw up on your shoes - work schedule actually blows - j.k rowling

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pay is not the best at the start but gets better the longer you stay

      Pros

      They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

      Cons

      Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
