Pros

free entry to park as long as there aren't any events going on..

Cons

Inflexible Availability: You can't change your availability until you've worked 60 shifts, making it difficult to balance work with school, family, and social life, or seek other employment because you'd like an ACTUAL schedule. Inconsistent Scheduling: The lack of regular shifts and constant changes to workdays create challenges in planning personal commitments. Poor Communication: Reporting absences, lateness, or calling in sick requires navigating a support number, which can be frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, managers and labor support will call you every other day—even when you’re not on call—to ask you to work or leave a voicemail telling you that they have decided to schedule you for the next day. Points System Stress: If you’re late, you risk accumulating points that could lead to termination if you exceed 8. It takes a month to remove a point, but you must go the entire month without gaining more, adding unnecessary pressure. Overall, the combination of these factors makes it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
