The salary is decent for the work that is done. Apart from that, even if I like the position, there are not many other pros I would be able to highlight...
Cons
Bureaucracy eats up too much time in general. Not enough focus on classes, but rather on organisation, coordination meetings, etc. Which is necessary but not what one is aiming for. THe right balance has not been found in that sense.
