I can't think of any pros to working for this company. Even free medical care wouldn't be a good perk because of the poor care they provide. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Loss of insurance coverage to employees without notice. They allowed us to believe that we had insurance while they knew they hadn't been paying the bills. Total disregard and disrespect for employees by ownership and senior management. Can't even pay their bills on time or pay their employees on time - paychecks were late multiple times, in addition to HSA and 401(k) deposits. Deductions were taken and deposits to the proper accounts never made, or made extremely late. They only did anything about it once you complained about it long enough that they were tired of hearing about it, or threatened them with the DOL.
