Pros

The benefits are not entirely terrible. The company offers as much training as you could possibly want.

Cons

They claim they want innovative thinkers and newer ideas however this company refuses to move towards advancement and better technology. Also, there is no room for growth so, good luck getting promoted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the positive aspects of our benefit and training programs. However, we respectfully disagree with your assessment that there is no room for growth or advancement at Univest. In fact, we are proud to promote from within whenever possible and have many examples of employees who have grown their careers with us over the years. We are also continuously working to innovate and improve our systems and processes. While we may not always move as quickly as some would like, we are committed to making steady progress and welcome ideas from all employees on how we can improve. If you have specific suggestions, we encourage you to share them with your manager or HR. We are always striving to create the best possible work environment and want to hear from our employees. Thanks again for your feedback. We hope you will consider sharing more about your experience so we can address any concerns you may have.

Pros

Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

Cons

Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.
