Entire senior management is toxic, they only take care of each other and blaming others for their failures, they also make you take on additional work outside of your job scope saying its for career devlopment rather than promote someone. Overall management is toxic and bunch of liars i would not work here

Visible impact: the company’s size means your contributions don’t get lost, you can clearly see the difference your work makes. Autonomy and support: while there’s clear business direction, you’re encouraged to “choose your own adventure,” with plenty of backing to try new ideas.

The pace can sometimes be fast, particularly during projects, but it’s generally manageable. There are good support systems in place to help you balance workload when things speed up.
